Hans Pieter Hendrik Dorjee (
July 26 ,1941 –July 25 ,2002 ) was afootball manager and player from theNetherlands , who played for DHC from Delft, Xerxes, Xerxes/DHC andHolland Sport . He retired in 1971, and started to work as a coach.Born in
Delft ,Zuid-Holland Dorjee worked forHermes/DWS , Xerxes,De Graafschap ,NAC Breda ,Excelsior Rotterdam ,DS '79 ,Vitesse Arnhem ,PSV Eindhoven ,Feyenoord Rotterdam ,TOP Oss ,AA Gent en theRoyal Netherlands Football Association (KNVB), where he guided Jong Oranje (under 21) and the Olympic team. He had to stop due to heart problems in 1998.Dorjee was named coach at Feyenoord by former international
Wim Jansen , but had to resign after some criticism in a newspaper interview just before theCup Winners Cup match againstTottenham Hotspur onMarch 18 ,1992 . He died aged sixty, when he was struck by aheart attack playingtennis .References
