Francisco Javier López Alfaro (born
November 1 ,1962 inSeville ), known as "Francisco", is a former Spanish footballer and current manager.During his career, the
central midfielder played forSevilla FC (1981-90) andRCD Espanyol (1990-97). He earned 20 caps and scored 1 goal for theSpain national football team from 1982 to 1986, and was in the squad for the1984 UEFA European Football Championship and the1986 FIFA World Cup .As a manager, Francisco began working with Espanyol's youth squads, then proceeded to manage Coria CF (2000-01),
Real Jaén (2001-02),CF Extremadura (2002-03),UE Figueres (2003-04) and first divisionCD Numancia (in 2004-05, he was dismissed after 10 rounds, as the team was eventually relegated). In July 2006, he joined "Segunda División B " sideCF Badalona .External links
