IMESS

IMESS (Integrated and Modular Engagement system for the Swiss Soldier) is the Future Soldier program of the Swiss Army.The program started at the beginning of 2006 and the first trials will be in 2008.

IMESS (Integrated Mechanical Electronic Software Solutions) is a unique product development system in Australia, to design and develop new technology for industries such as Agriculture, Mining, Rail, Alternative energy, Security and Defence. The system was first Developed by David R Edwards in early 2007 to allow industries the ability to design and develop new technology by offering all three main aspects of engineering in a controlled environment. IMESS as a product development system is limited to Mechanical, Electronic and Software engineering and does not cater for other forms of engineering such as chemical and civil engineering.
