Dale Fuller

Dale Fuller has worked at a senior level in various software companies and is currently Chairman of the board at Webgistix Corporation.^[1]

Biography

Dale Fuller served as interim chief executive officer and president of McAfee, Inc.(NYSE:MFE) from October, 2006 through April, 2007. He was on the McAfee board from January 2006 until July 2007. He previously served more than six years as Chief Executive Officer and President of Borland Software Corporation. Fuller holds an honorary Ph.D. from St. Petersburg State University in Russia and has been a member of the American Association of Artificial Intelligence (AAAI) and Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE). He previously served as Chairman of the "Let Them Hear Foundation",^[2] and he is on the board of directors of Guidance Software, Inc. {NASDAQ: GUID} On November 6, 2008, he was named Chairman of the Board at Webgistix Corporation. On December 9, 2008, he was named Chairman of the Board at AVG, based in Prague, CZ. in 2009 he was on the Board of Directors of Phoenix Technologies, INC (NASDAQ: PTEC). As of April 20, 2011 he is on the board of directors of Zoran, Inc (NASDAQ: ZRAN)
