Hannah Graaf

'Hannah Graaf (born 31 August 1978, Göteborg) is a Swedish glamour model and singer.She has done spreads for magazines like Slitz, Moore-magazine and Cafe.In 2006 she performed the song "Naughty Boy" in the Swedish Melodifestivalen, Sweden's selection for Eurovision Song Contest. In 1998 Hannah and her sister Magdalena Graaf joined together and formed the group The Graaf Sisters who hade a hit with the song "You Got What I Want Baby".Hannah have one son with songwriter Andreas Carlsson and one son with Daniel Boudal.

During late 2007, Hannah hosted the Idol 2007 aftershow called "Idol eftersnack" together with Doreen Månsson where they interviewed the contestant that had been voted off the show.
