List of humans with gigantism

This is a list of notable people who have or had a form of gigantism.

Note: This is not a list of tall people. There are several instances of men well over 7 feet (213 centimetres) tall who did not have any form of gigantism. For example Angus MacAskill and Yao MingFact|date=July 2008 did not or do not have gigantism and should not be listed here. This list is solely for people with medical conditions in the gigantism family.Note: This will be organized chronologically by date of birth. Those whose birth year is unknown will be placed alphabetically, by last name, at the bottom until birth year is discovered.

* Pier Gerlofs Donia (ca.1480–ca.1520) and his nephew Wijerd Jelckama - both were around 7ft tall and showed all the characteristics of gigantism
