Amzacea (pronounced|am.'za.tʃe̯a) is a commune in Constanţa County, Romania. It includes three villages:
* Amzacea (historical name: _tr. Hamzaça, "Amzaça")
* Casicea
* General Scărişoreanu (historical names: "Enghez", _tr. Engez) - named after a Romanian World War I General
