A 6'3", 190 lbs. quarterback from theUniversity of Washington , Flick played in seven NFL seasons from 1981-1987 mostly as a backup. He playedcollege football at theUniversity of Washington . He married his fiancée Molly on June 15th,1985. He stayed withCleveland Browns teammateGeorge Lilja in the spring of 1985 when both guys were playing in Cleveland according to The 1985 Cleveland Browns media guide. The highlight of his career occurred in 1986. He quarterbacked theSan Diego Chargers overJohn Elway and theDenver Broncos inMile High Stadium . He is in the long line of fine quarterbacks to come of the University of Washington. He was preceded byPro Football Hall of Fame rWarren Moon .
