May 27 ,1966 , Flamengo de Sucre was founded as Club Atlético Flamengo (or CAFLA) by Bolivian supporters ofBrazil ian clubClube de Regatas do Flamengo . Some time later, the club was renamed to the same name of the Brazilian club.
