It is located approximately 2km from Pori town centre. The airport has two check-in desks, and a cafeteria service.

Depending on the time of year there are five or six scheduled flights per day between Pori and Helsinki-Vantaa airport. Sunday has a limited afternoon service. Each month there are several holiday flights from Pori direct to international destinations. The Finnish Aviation Academy is a flight school based at Pori Airport.
