"Strength" is the second studio album by American rock band Enuff Z'nuff.

Although it did not sell as well as the band's eponymous debut, "Strength" remains a fan favourite to this day and features many of the band's most popular songs. Two singles were released from the record, "Mother's Eyes" and "Baby Loves You", but possibly due to the surge in popularity of alternative rock at the beginning of the 1990s, the album ended up going greatly overlooked by many.

So impressed were their peers though that Robin Zander of the band's musical heroes Cheap Trick initially requested that the closing ballad "Time To Let You Go" be recorded as a duet with him, an offer the band graciously declined by all accounts. On top of this, that very same song would be submitted to another key influence of the band, none other than Paul McCartney of The Beatles, but again no collaboration materialised despite alleged interest from the McCartney camp.

In 2007, lead singer and guitarist of Enuff Z'nuff, Donnie Vie, released the album "Extra Strength", an acoustic reworking of the 1991 band effort. With a varying tracklisting and sound to the original, Vie also made additional tracks from the sessions available through his website and expressed interest in giving further Enuff Z'nuff albums the same treatment in the future.
