Diploma s inpiano andcomposition from the "Paganini Conservatory" inGenoa , Reverberi worked in a wide range of media, including TV themes,spaghetti Western soundtrack s to pop and rock records. He created theRondò Veneziano ensemble. He also worked with his brotherGianfranco Reverberi on the song "Last Man Standing" (or "Nel Cimitero di Tucson") from the soundtrack of "Django, Prepare a Coffin (Preparati la bara!)", which was sampled inGnarls Barkley 's hit "Crazy". In the 1960s-1970s he was also the producer of several albums of singer-songwriters such asLucio Battisti ,Fabrizio De Andrè ,Luigi Tenco andGino Paoli .In 1979, he founded the Rondò Veneziano
chamber orchestra , which he has led ever since, having been the main composer, arranger, and conductor of the group. They play original instruments, incorporating a modern rock-style rhythm section comprised of synthesizer, bass guitar and drums. The group, specializing in latter Baroque music, has produced 70 albums and sold more than 20 million copies in 29 years.References
