Microarray Gene Expression Data Society
- Microarray Gene Expression Data Society
The Microarray Gene Expression Data Society (or MGED) is an international organization of biologists, computer scientists, and data analysts aiming to facilitate the sharing of microarray data generated by functional genomics and proteomics experiments.
The MGED Society have developed the MIAME guidelines, MicroArray and Gene Expression object model, and the MGED Ontology.
