Dr. Dezső Földes (December 30, 1880, in Miskolc, Hungary – March 27, 1950)[2] was a Hungarian saber fencer.[3][4] He was Jewish.[1]

Olympics
Földes, won gold medals in team saber at the 1908 Olympics in London, and at the 1912 Olympics in Stockholm.[5]
Later life
Földes moved to the United States in 1912, and set up a hospital clinic for the poor in Cleveland, where he died in 1950.
