Sir John Rogers, 3rd Baronet (31 August 1708 – 20 December 1773) was a British lawyer and politician.
Baptised in Cornwood in Devon, he was the son of Sir John Rogers, Bt and Mary Henley. Rogers was educated at New College, Oxford, where he matriculated in 1724 and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in 1726 or 1727. Having been Recorder of Plymouth, he was also Member of Parliament (MP) for Plymouth from 1739 to 1740. In 1744, he succeeded to his father's baronetcy. Serving to the South Devon Militia, he reached the rank of Colonel. In 1749, and between 1755 and 1756, he was High Sheriff of Devon. Rogers died in Blachford in Devon and was buried in Cornwood on 24 December 1773.
On 28 October 1742, he married Hannah Trefusis, daughter of Thomas Trefusis in St Benet's in London. They had no children and Rogers' younger brother Sir Frederick Rogers, Bt succeeded to the baronetcy.
