Sir John Rogers, 2nd Baronet (14 June 1676 – 21 January 1744) was an English lawyer and politician.
Baptised in St Andrew's in Plymouth, he was the son of Sir John Rogers, 1st Baronet and Mary Vincent. On 23 April 1710, he succeeded to his father's baronetcy. Rogers was Recorder of Plymouth and a Member of Parliament (MP) for Plymouth from 1713 to 1722. He died, aged 67 and was buried in Cornwood in Devon on 27 January 1744.
On 9 May 1698, he married Mary Henley, daughter of Sir Robert Henley in St Gile's-in-the-Fields Church in London. They had two sons:

*Sir Frederick Rogers, 4th Baronet (1716–1777)
