Let the Seller Beware is the third episode in the of the popular American crime drama , which is set in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Plot Summary

Grissom, Catherine, Nick and Warrick investigate the death of a wealthy couple in their home which was discovered by another couple interested in buying the property. Meanwhile, Sara is called in on her day off and gets to work solo on a case involving a dead cheerleader on a football field who appears to have been severely bitten, but not by an animal. The autopsy determines that these bites were actually human. Sara pays another visit to the school and meets Nicole Exmoor. She tells them of how she and a handsome guy were to start dating when his girlfriend walks over demanding to know what was going on and she kissed him. This caused Nicole to freak out and kill her. The detective produces the handcuffs and during the arrest she starts crying. Sitting on the bench with her hands behind her back in handcuffs, she's led away.
