Wymah is a rural community in the south east part of the Riverina very close to the border of Victoria, Australia. It is situated by road, about 11 kilometres south from Bowna and 23 kilometres west from Talmalmo. Wymah is situated on the Wymah River Road accessible from Bowna.

The place name is derived from the Aboriginal word meaning "White Cockatoo". [ [http://www.gnb.nsw.gov.au/name_search/extract?id=KWYboeUlan NSW Geographical Names Board] ]

The Wymah ferry crosses the Murray River when the Hume Dam is full. Due to low water levels the ferry can no longer operate. The ferry has been withdrawn from service until further notice.
