Woomargama is a village community in the south east part of the Riverina. It is situated by road, about 8 kilometres north east from Mullengandra and 14 kilometres south west from Holbrook. Woomargama bypass
In the next 5 years Woomargama will be bypassed along with Holbrook and Tarcutta. The Woomargama bypass will be to the south of the town, linking-up with the dual carriageways to the north and south of the town. In 2012, 100% of the whole Hume Highway will be full dual carriageway, with bypassing all towns, no traffic signals, no slowing down, no tolls, etc. Fact|date=January 2008
