Sovereign Radio is an Independent Local Radio station broadcasting on FM to the Eastbourne and Hailsham area of East Sussex. Established in 1997 Fact|date=October 2008, it is owned by The Local Radio Company.

While described by its owners as "the local radio station for Eastbourne" [ [http://www.thelocalradiocompany.com/index.php?option=com_contact&task=view&contact_id=31&Itemid=46 The Local Radio Company PLC - Contact Us] ] , it currently broadcasts from Hailsham, although it is named after its previous location in Eastbourne's Sovereign Harbour.
