107.6 Kestrel FM is an FM Independent Local Radio station covering Basingstoke and the surrounding area of north Hampshire, UK. Overall, it covers more than 130,000 people.

The station first broadcast on 15 May 1998. It is now owned by Tindle Radio. The previous owners Milestone launched a free weekly local newspaper, the Basingstoke Observer, in association with Kestrel FM in 2000.

The station plays mainly music mainly from the 1980s. There is some 1990s and present day but the general raison d'etre is to cater for 40 somethings who want to hear the music they 'grew up with'.

Its breakfast show is fronted by Mark Watson, who is on air every weekday from 5am to 10am, and at weekends from 12pm until 2pm. Kestrel FM's longest-serving presenter is Philip Hatto who presents Kestrel daytime from 10am until 2pm. James Sloan presents Kestrel Drivetime from 2pm until 7pm, which includes the daily competition "Mind Games".

Until early 2006, the 107.6 frequency was quite clear, allowing Kestrel to be heard as far afield as Oxford and Southampton.
