Tiruvuru

Tiruvuru is a village and Mandal in Krishna District, Andhra Pradesh, India. It is a business center for nearly 50 villages around it. It is a historical place also. Sri Krishna Deva Raya has visited this place during in his Jaitra yatra of Kondapalli in 1540. This is a second major Gram Panchayat in Andhra Pradesh. Madhira Road is one of the Part of Tiruvuru and having good educated persons. Madhira Road was changed to Ananda Rao Peta after the death of Sri Gollamandala Ananda Rao. 20000 jainas murdered by veerasaiva's in olden days.Talluri Narasimha Rao studied for five years.Talluri Rama Rao ruled out for five years as a president(1996-2001).Then Mrs Vuyyuru Anasuya was the first lady president(2001-2006)of 100 years old tiruvuru gram panchayat.It can be said that it is the golden period under her leadership.
