2010 Matchup
Holy Trinity Titans 28 vs King City Lions 3

The Metro Bowl is the championship game for secondary school football teams in the Greater Toronto Area. The game is usually held in early December at the Rogers Centre, in downtown Toronto. The current title holders are the Holy Trinity Titans.

The current format for deciding the Metro Bowl pits the Champions of the Conference of Independent Schools of Ontario Athletic Association (CISAA), York Region Athletic Association (YRAA), Toronto District Secondary School Athletic Association (TDSSAA), and Lake Ontario Secondary School Association (LOSSA) in a semi-final setup. The four leagues currently operate on a rotational basis for the semi-final games.
