Athletic Facilities

Oak Hill High School is currently undergoing construction for a new athletic complex located behind the campus on State Route 93. The Oaks currently host their home basketball, football, track, and volleyball matches at recently constructed venues. Upon completion of the latest Oak Hill High School in 2003, the Oaks basketball and volleyball teams were the first to host events in the new school. The Oaks played their final home game at the original Oak Hill High School court at the end of the 2003 season. Davis Stadium was completed in 2006 serving as the new home field of the Oaks Football and Track teams. The inaugural game at Davis Stadium was hosted on September 2, 2006.[5] The 4 million dollar stadium contains a 9,698-square-foot (901.0 m2) field house equipped with weight, athletic trainer and collegiate style locker rooms.[6]. Despite the destruction of the academic campus, the Oaks played their 2003, 2004, and 2005 football seasons at the prior site while Davis Stadium was under construction. The Oaks baseball program continues to host their home stands at the old location as well, just adjacent to the football field. The Lady Oaks softball program plays their home games at Oak Hill Elementary School located, although there are plans to construct new baseball and softball fields at the updated complex. With the recent adoption of a cross country team in 2007, the Oaks have designated a course along the outskirts of the athletic facilities as well and host annual home meets. There is also a new tennis court installed at the athletic complex.
