Lisbon , located in the municipality of Oeiras,Portugal , with a population of 21,353 inhabitants, a total area of 6,63 km² and a density of 3,220.7 hab/km². It was elevated to town on August 16, 1991.Carnaxide is Portugal's third oldest town, having first appeared in official documentation in the 14th century, its existence goes back as far as 13th century. This town was, for many years, the biggest European parish until it's was subdivided and the villages of Linda-a-Velha, Algés, Queijas and Cruz-Quebrada were separated from it.

It's principal economic activities reside in the presence of large international companies like
EFACEC ,Sumol , andMota-Engil , and in the strong reliance on the small commerce.Also localized there are
