Yevgeny Konstantinovich Zavoisky ( _ru. Евгений Константинович Завойский (September 28, 1907 – October 9, 1976) was a Soviet physicist. Zavoisky discovered electron paramagnetic resonance in 1944. Independently of L. Faynberg, in 1961 he discovered the abnormally big resistance of plasmas for high current densities. He also constructed a luminescent camera for studying nuclear processes.

He was awarded the Stalin Prize (1949), the Lenin Prize (1957), and, posthumously, the International Electron Spin Resonance Society Prize (1977).
