Phoebe Anna Traqauir (1852 – 1936) was an Irish artist, noted for her role in the
Arts and Crafts movement , as an illustrator, painter and embroiderer.She illuminated a book of "
Sonnets from the Portuguese " by the Victorianpoet Elizabeth Barrett Browning , a key Arts and Crafts manuscript. A copy is held by theNational Library of Scotland and an illumated manuscript is available on the Internet.
