A road inWiltshire ,England running fromSalisbury toMarlborough ending at aroundabout leading to the High Street and the A4.The road begins in
Salisbury at the Castle Roundabout and heads north out of the city. Here the road takes you toBoscombe Down and thenAmesbury before meeting theA303 at a roundabout situated near Countess Services. Continuing north the road passes near toWoodhenge and the Ministry of Defence base atLarkhill . This part of the route can be particularly hazardous as there are oftentanks crossing and the road is susceptible tosubsidence . The next significant places you meet areNetheravon , and thenUpavon where the road meets the A342 toDevizes . From here the road takes you toPewsey , where thePewsey White Horse is best viewed, and then continues on toMarlborough .External links
