MBank

MBank

mBank is the most popular virtual bank in Poland, owned by BRE Bank (which is owned by Commerzbank). mBank was founded in 2000.The current BRE Bank CEO is Mariusz Grendowicz.

Clients of the bank operate their accounts over the Internet, by telephone (Call Centre), and SMS.

Since December 2006, mBank has offered "mBank Mobile", the first mobile virtual network operator in Poland.

In November 2007, mBank started in Slovakia and Czech Republic.
