- Casement three
The Casement Three is the name of the three people from
Belfast ,Northern Ireland , Pat Kane, Mickey Timmons, and Seán Ó Cealleagh (aka Sean O'Cealleagh or John O’Kelly), originally accused and imprisoned for life for aiding and abetting in the 1988 killings of two British Corporals, Derek Wood and David Howes. The convictions were made under the 'common purpose ' legal theory, which implicated people who have a knowledge of a crime, and therefore are complicit in it.External links
