Judicial District of Moquegua

The Judicial District of Moquegua is one of the 28 Judicial Districts of the Judicial System of Peru.

The headquarters is in the city of Moquegua and its jurisdiction extends over the entire Moquegua Region excluding the General Sánchez Cerro Province which falls under the jurisdiction of the Judicial District of Arequipa.

It was created by the Law Nº 15805 and was established April 15, 2004 under the presidency of Alejandro Toledo Manrique.
