Judicial District of Apurímac

The Judicial District of Apurímac is one of the 28 Judicial Districts of the Judicial System of Peru.

The headquarters is in the city of Abancay and its jurisdiction extends over the entire Apurímac Region with exception of the Cotabambas Province which belongs to the Judicial District of Cusco.

It was created by the Law Nº 8242 and was established September 7, 1936 under the presidency of Óscar R. Benavides.
