Jimmy Weckl

Jimmy Weckl (real name: Harumi Ueko, Jimmy Weckl possibly being a reference to the jazz drummer Dave Weckl) is a very prolific composer and musician in the GuitarFreaks, DrumMania, and Pop'n Music series of Bemani video games. While all his music is instrumental, they are often the most difficult, making them the cornerstone for all those who strive to be experts on those games. Most of his works are also jazz styled, which is also apparent in many songs by Anettai Maji-SKA-Bakudan.

Weckl has produced many solo songs. Weckl is also in the musical group Anettai Maji-SKA-Bakudan, with Hideyuki Ono(小野秀幸), and singer Maki.

In addition to his work as a musician, Weckl has produced for many other Bemani artists such as Tomosuke, Handsome JET, Thomas Howard, Mutsuhiko Izumi(泉陸奥彦), and Geila Zilkha.

In addition to his Bemani works, he has also composed music for other Konami video games since at least the early 1990s, such as the Super Famicom Ganbare Goemon games, the Super NES port of , and the music for the Silent Scope series.
