Robert Thomas Ducey (born May 24 1965 in Toronto, Ontario) is a Canadian former outfielder in Major League Baseball.

Ducey graduated from Seminole Community College, and was first signed by the Toronto Blue Jays in by|1984. After playing in the Blue Jays' organization from by|1987 to by|1992, he moved on to the California Angels (1992), Texas Rangers (by|1993-by|1994), Seattle Mariners (by|1997-by|1998), Philadelphia Phillies (by|1999-by|2000, 2000-by|2001) and Montreal Expos (2001), with a brief return to Toronto in 2000. He ended his 13-year major league career with a .242 batting average and 31 home runs in 703 games.

Ducey is now a scout for the Blue Jays. He was a designated hitter for Team Canada in the 2004 Summer Olympics, which finished in fourth place. He is also working with Jason Romano and A. J. Zapp helping professional athletes find living accommodations.Fact|date=September 2008

Ducey was part of the Canadian production company, Rocco's Jobbers, that aimed to raise funds for Baseball Canada. With the help of then existing Toronto Blue Jay players, the project was a success and brought much needed support to the development of Canadian baseball players.Fact|date=September 2008
