Kazamaura (風間浦村; -mura) is a village located in Shimokita District, Aomori, Japan.

As of February 1, 2008, the village has an estimated population of 2,432 and a density of 34.9 persons per km². The total area is 69.60 km².

Geography

The northernmost village located on Honshū, Kazamaura sits on the Shimokita Peninsula. It is separated from the island of Hokkaidō by the Tsugaru Strait. Most of the village is part of the Osoreyama Mountains, resulting to few flat land. The Ikokuma River flows through the village. 96% of the total area is covered by forests.
