Lee Ji Hyun (Hangul: _ko. 이지현, born on October 12, 1983) is a South Korean singer and actress. From 2001 to 2006, she was a member of the popular girl group Jewelry. She left to pursue an acting career. Along with comedian Lee Hyuk Jae, she was the co-host of "Happy Shares Company", a popular MBC program. She has recently left hosting Happy Shares Company to further pursue an acting career, which includes future plans to appear in Korean TV-dramas. Her final episode of Happy Shares Company aired May 19, 2007. She is currently acting in a supporting role on the SBS program Love Days.

In 1998, she was a member of the group CircleFact|date=February 2007. She is fluent in JapaneseFact|date=February 2007 and enjoys listening to music and shopping. She was educated at Kyonggi University, which she nicknamed "Koryeo University".
