Patriarch Chan

Patriarch Ch'an is a rarely known method of practice of Buddhism [http://www.patriarch-chan.com patriarch-chan.com] ] The Buddha's teachings are the same, the methods vary. This method helps practitioners "save" themselves by realizing their original nature.
