CNL Lifestyle Properties is an unlisted Real Estate Investment Trust. The Trust is managed by CNL Financial Group. The company buys resort properties across the nation, but has no day-to-day management involvement in the properties it owns.

CNL Income Partners signed a refinancing deal with Magic Springs and Crystal Falls amusement park that will allow $10 million in new attractions to be added over the next two years. CNL will acquire Magic Spring's assets and then will lease them back to the park. [Screamscape, 28 March 2007]
