Fiddler Records

Fiddler Records

Fiddler Records was a record label based out of Los Angeles, California. [PureVolume.com [http://www.purevolume.com/labels/fiddlerrecords] ] It was founded by Amy Fleisher in 1996. Its first release was from the Vacant Andys (Chris Carrabba of Dashboard Confessional's first band), it was a 7" gold vinyl record called "Anodyne". Fiddler's next notable signing was A New Found Glory (who in 1999 dropped the A, and are now just New Found Glory). Fiddler released a five song E.P. for the band entitled "It's All About The Girls." The E.P. features a photo of bass player Ian Grushka as a child on a swingset. [Palm Beach New Times [http://www.newtimesbpb.com/Issues/2003-04-03/news/feature.html] ]
