Soviet Union, Russia
Many cities in the
Soviet Union operated trolleytrucks. TheMAZ -525 model was converted to a trolleytruck design in1954 inKharkiv (Ukraine, USSR). The experiment with trolleytrucks was stopped because of disadvantages. Now Trolleytrucks operate in several cities in Russia. One type (KTG-1) is made for service and repair of the urban trolleybus services, another (KTG-2) for transporting goods.External links
