2003 . Due to interest caused by [http://happypenguin.org/ happypenguin.org] 's Game of the Month award in March2004 , "SuperTux" reached its first milestone, an entire playable world with gameplay similar to "Super Mario Bros. ", on May 2nd, 2004.Version 0.0.5
Released on December 29, 2003. The main feature of this version was the introduction of a menu, as well as coding clean-ups and improved graphics.

Released on March 15, 2004. This version featured an editor, which allowed users to create their own levels. New fonts were used, and was OpenGL enabled.
