Barthol Chapel

Barthol Chapel

Barthol Chapel is a small village in Aberdeenshire that is named after the Catholic saint, St Bartholomew. Barthol Chapel has a school with a very small football pitch, and a church. The local area is threatened by a proposal to have wind turbines put up by local farmers J&W.F. Lind. The local language is Doric language of North Scotland. The nearest villages are Methlick, Fyvie and Oldmeldrum.
