"Truth" is a song by post grunge band Seether. It is the third track on their album Karma and Effect.

The music video, directed by Dean Karr, has the band playing the song with cutscenes to three different fight ring fights - Santa Claus and the New Years Baby (who is played by Martin Klebba), the Tooth Fairy and the Pumpkin King, and the Easter Bunny and Uncle Sam, who is played by UFC fighter, Tito Ortiz.Shaun sings alternately in the arena's microphone and with the band. In these scenes, his hair is notably dyed red.
