Rhodri Meilir

He was educated at Ysgol Maes Garmon, Mold and Aberystwyth University's Department of Theatre, Film and Television Studies.

He is best known for playing "Alfie Butts" in the BBC sitcom "My Family". He has appeared in shows such as "afterlife" (Daniel 2) and "Terry Pratchett's Hogfather" (Bilious, Oh God of Hangovers) on Sky One. He usually plays a character from North Wales. He is well known on Welsh television for his roles in programmes such as "Y Pris", "Caerdydd", and "Tipyn o Stad". In 2006, he appeared in the "Doctor Who" episode "The Runaway Bride".
