Robert Cunningham Ayrault (born April 27, 1966 in South Lake Tahoe, California) is a former Major League Baseball right-handed pitcher. He is an alumnus of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.

Ayrault would make his Major League Baseball debut with the Philadelphia Phillies on June 7, by|1992, and appear in his final game on July 25, by|1993, with the Seattle Mariners.

Ayrault was notable for his role as a replacement player with the Pittsburgh Pirates during Spring Training prior to the by|1995 season. Replacement players took over for professional baseball players when the Major League Baseball Players Association went on strike. The strike was resolved at the end of Spring Training. Due to his role as a replacement player, Ayrault was blacklisted and not permitted membership in the Major League Baseball Players Association.
