He is also known for his
humanitarian work and helping children causes in Ukraine. Wrzesnewskyj was actively involved in the Canadian delegation to the contested Ukrainian election of 2004 and often spoke to Canadian media on its behalf.As a result of a controversy regarding his comments supporting direct negotiation with
