Amanda Lee Mitteer is a beauty queen from Brattleboro, Vermont who has competed in the Miss USA pageant.

Mitteer won the Miss Vermont USA 2005 title in a state pageant held in late 2004. It was her third attempt at the title, as she placed third runner-up in the 2003 event and first runner-up in the 2004 competition. Mitteer represented Vermont in the Miss USA 2005 pageant broadcast live from Baltimore, Maryland in April 2005. She attempted to become the first delegate from this state to place since 1980 but was unsuccessful. The competition was won by Chelsea Cooley of North Carolina.

Mitteer is a 1996 graduate of Brattleboro High School and went on to complete a degree in secondary English education from the University of Vermont in 2000. In 2003 she graduated with a Juris Doctor degree from Franklin Pierce Law School.

Although Amanda has a law degree, she has not yet been admitted for practice, as she must first pass the bar exam.
