Alexandra Boulat (
May 2 ,1962 –October 5 ,2007 ) was a leading Frenchphotographer born inParis , France. She was trained ingraphic art andart history at theÉcole des Beaux-Arts in Paris. In 2001, she co-founded theVII Photo Agency . Before then she had been represented bySipa Press and by her mother's agency, Cosmos. Her work has appeared in many magazines, including "Time", "Newsweek ", "Paris Match " and "National Geographic Magazine ." Boulat has also received numerous international awards. Israel in a medically inducedcoma . She was moved to France, where she remained in a coma.
