Hernán Peirone is an Argentine football striker. He was born on May 28 1986, in the city of Villa del Rosario in the Córdoba Province of Argentina. He currently plays for San Lorenzo of the Primera Division in Argentina.

Peirone has played for San Lorenzo since he came through the youth system in 2003, he has also played for the Argentina under-17 and under-20 squads.
