Chloe Maxwell (born 6 July 1976) is an Australian television presenter for The Matty Johns Show[1] and model most famous for as "The Jeans West Girl" in a Jeans West campaign. She was discovered by chance, pulled off the streets for A Current Affair story featuring a model recruiter who could pick a model just by looking at them.[2]
Maxwell started her modelling career which saw her make the transition to hosting as a television presenter.
She is married to Gold Coast Titans player Mat Rogers. They have a son, Maxwell Danger (born 5 June 2006), and a daughter Phoenix (born 21 September 2007). She is also stepmother to Rogers' two children, Jack and Skyla, from a previous relationship.
Maxwell starred in the Australian comedy/thriller Under the Radar as Jo, which was released in 2004. She appeared in the 2008 series of the television gameshow It Takes Two.
